Many folks prefer to avoid the long portage between Missing Link and Tuscarora, so the lakes to the west of Round Lake can be quiet.  Tuscarora, Gillis, Little Sagananga and Gabimichigami are large destination lakes that feature excellent fishing for lake trout and northern pike.

US Forest Service entry permit needed (route can be done in either direction) – #51 Missing Link Lake – or – #52 Brant Lake
